When you create a Supercheap Auto Trade account with us, we will collect your ABN, Business name, name, e-mail and phone number, business address and business type from you to:

• set up and manage your Supercheap Auto Trade account (including to communicate with you and to personalise the way our content, services and offers are presented and delivered to you);
• to contact you about orders you have placed with us using your Supercheap Auto trade account; and
• to assess any application for credit for the supply of products;
• to communicate with you about your account, including (where you have not opted out) in relation to trade exclusive offers and other types of marketing; and
• use as inputs into machine learning algorithms in order to deliver personalised marketing.

If you apply for credit, we may also collect credit reporting information about you or your directors from ApplyEasy or Equifax for the purpose of assessing the creditworthiness of your business.

If you don’t provide your ABN , Business name, name, e-mail and phone number, business address and business type, you won’t be able to join the Supercheap Auto Trade program, including applying for credit.

We may share this information with our related companies and third-party service providers. This may involve the disclosure of personal information to recipients in New Zealand, China, Germany, Singapore, India, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
