Step 1
Shop Online
Browse online and choose from thousands of products stocked in your local store, once you have found the product you are looking for simply add it to your shopping cart and checkout with Click & Collect.
Step 2
Proceed to Checkout
Once you've finished shopping, proceed to the checkout and select Pick Up Today. Upon selecting this option the page should update allowing you to nominate a store to collect your items from.
Step 3
Complete your Order
Check that all products are available for pick up and Checkout. Enter your payment details and complete your order. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
Step 4
Collect your Order
When your order is ready for collection, you will receive a SMS or E-mail. Simply visit your chosen Supercheap Auto store during opening hours and provide your order confirmation to collect your items.

Click & Collect

What is Click & Collect?

Our Click & Collect service allows you to purchase online and pick up your order from your local Supercheap Auto store (subject to stock availability) free of charge. Simply add your items to the shopping cart and select ‘Click & Collect’. The shopping cart will check for available stock at your selected store. If your chosen store is currently out of stock you will be given a list of alternate stores or if you prefer you will have the option to change your order to Home Delivery.

Within 30 business minutes of placing your order you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS. We will confirm that your order has been processed and is ready for collection. If there are any issues throughout the process our team will be in contact to discuss your order, alternatively you can contact our Customer Care Centre.

When will my order be ready?

Your order will be ready for collection within 30 business minutes. After your order has been placed you will receive an email or SMS (depending on what you selected as preferred contact) confirming your order is ready for collection, along with the store details. The confirmation alert is sent to you when the order has been processed in full; therefore visiting the store prior to receiving the alert may result in your items not being ready.

What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?

Your order confirmation is required to pick up your order.
Note: If your order is bulky, bring a friend.

When can I Collect my order?

Store trading hours are displayed online on our store locator page and can vary by location.

Can someone else collect my order?

If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, they will need a copy of the order confirmation email or SMS.

How long do I have to collect my order?

Your order must be collected within 14 business days, if you're unable to collect within this period of time we recommend contacting your collection store and advising when you will be able to collect your item. Uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded after this period of time.
